First Covenant Church

Well, this Sunday we are going to be doing something a little different.  Pastor Tammy and I (Dave) will be team teaching.  This is worth coming to just to see if we implode on ourselves in the process. 

We will be discussing how to be salt and light in our community, both as individuals and as a corporate body of Christians.  There is even going to be a little audience interaction, but I don't want to give away too much. 

And if you missed last week's sermon (as many of you did because we were approaching absolute zero where all life ceases to move), it was the kick-off of our new sermon series, "Lighting Up River City."  I would encourage you to get a tape (I know...you're saying, "tape?  Am I going to put that in my tape player on my dinosaur that I ride to work?"...we're working on it) and listen to the new exciting direction we are taking as a church.
